Services

We do not issue refunds on Studio services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in our studio at Aesthetic Art, please notify us within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the studio for an additional consultation, so that your skin can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with another treatment session and adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the initial service.

Products

Aesthetic Art is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price, provided the product is still in the original package and was not opened. We do not accept any returns on products that are not in their original package and that have been opened and/or used.

If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise:

All product returns must be made within 15 calendar days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt. Any product without the original package, with the packaging opened or that have been used will not be accepted.

Refunds for returns received within 15 calendar days from the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type.

Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are also responsible for any costs to return merchandise.

Aesthetic Art is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via any carrier/shipping company, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.
